GENNIFRE HARTMAN
NEWS & EVENTS
My primary passion is authentically working to make the world a better place.
My personal mission is to improve the lives of people, and I do this through travel, peace and humanitarian efforts, and experiential education.
For me, this means:
-
connecting genuinely with real people;
-
changing the status quo regarding education;
-
and creating ethical, safe international experiences for people who want to learn about the world and, in turn, make their differences.
I believe that when people are inspired to grow both personally and professionally, every single one of us has the ability to change the world.

By Gennifre Hartman Nov 10, 2015. Outdoor Safety Institute

Your Lead Instructor just got back from a personal trip to Thailand. She is begging you to let her organize a six-week trip with your students this summer. Your Board President wonders why your program keeps going to Alaska, and wants to know if you’ve ever considered Patagonia. Your best friend wants to sign his daughter up for your program, but he wants to know if she will get academic or service learning credit for the program.
What do you do? Perhaps, you should consider planning a program overseas.
